Positions Available
As we enjoy our growth, we need individuals who have a passion for the casual dinning food business and the desire to be part of an exciting team. The opportunities and growth potential with StewartS Drive-In are very exciting.
They Include:
MARKETING ASSISTANT
Ranging from all ages, our marketing assistants help with the planning and implementation of gaining new business. Projects include going to local business to hand out menus, designing flyers, attending promotional events and other projects that vary depending on the time of the year.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Assistant Managers aid the General Manager in supervising kitchen and counter operations to ensure continued success and growth.
SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Shift Supervisors provide daily working supervision of crew and product to ensure operational standards are maintained and continually improved. They act as the liaison between crew and management regarding customer satisfaction.
FAST CASUAL CHEF
Our Fast Casual Chef’s are highly creative, energetic and extensively trained in fast casual cooking..
PREP COOK
Our Prep’s prepare the foods for our Chef’s. This position emphasizes on basic knife knowledge, portion control and maintaining consistency.
CAR-HOP
Our Car-hops are highly motivated and extensively trained.. They produce the highest levels of satisfaction for our customers on a consistent basis. Their professional appearance and knowledge of the business is critical to the superior levels of customer satisfaction we achieve at our restaurants.
COUNTER GIRL
Our Counter Girl’s are energetic, ready to start taking on some responsibility for resume building and would like to begin training to become a Car-Hop. A Counter Girl basically assists the Car-Hop in preparing tray set-up’s, maintaining presentation and pouring drinks for customers.
